I have built and scaled multiple businesses, including event planning companies, wedding venues, and a hospitality consulting firm—giving me a deep understanding of both the strategy and day-to-day realities of running a venue.

As the founder of Gathered Ventures, I lead a venue management model designed to provide owners with the structure, systems, and executive-level leadership needed to run a successful, scalable business—without being tied to it every day.

I am also the founder of The Venue Masterclass and host of the Gathered Here podcast, where I share real conversations about the challenges and opportunities within the venue industry.
